MiMi AI Interactions

When you interact with MiMi, our AI assistant, we process your messages and queries to generate responses. MiMi accesses your business data within SoloAI to provide contextual answers and take actions on your behalf.

Usage Data

We automatically collect standard usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction patterns to improve our service.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Cloudflare for edge security and Neon PostgreSQL for database storage. File attachments and generated PDFs are stored in Cloudflare R2 with private access controls.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate SoloAI:

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and security
• Google OAuth — optional authentication
• OpenAI — powers MiMi AI assistant (your data is sent to OpenAI's API for processing; OpenAI does not use API data for training)
• Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting
• ImageKit — image optimization and delivery

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and business data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
