These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SoloAI platform operated by SoloAI ("we", "us", or "our") at trysoloai.com and beta.trysoloai.com. By creating an account or using SoloAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SoloAI, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Beta Service

SoloAI is currently in beta. The service is provided free of charge during the beta period. We may introduce paid plans in the future with advance notice to existing users. Beta users will receive early-adopter pricing benefits when paid plans launch.

During beta, the service may contain bugs, undergo frequent changes, or experience downtime. We provide the service "as is" without guarantees of uptime or feature availability.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all business data you input into SoloAI, including contacts, invoices, expenses, tasks, and other content. We do not claim ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the SoloAI service, including powering MiMi AI responses.

5. MiMi AI

MiMi is an AI assistant that uses your business data to provide responses and take actions within SoloAI. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before acting on them
• MiMi's responses do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise)
• Your interactions with MiMi are processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI)

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SoloAI for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Overload or interfere with the service infrastructure
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service without permission
• Upload malicious content or use MiMi to generate harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

The SoloAI platform, including its design, code, branding, MiMi AI system, and documentation, is owned by SoloAI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SoloAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (during beta, this is $0)
• We are not responsible for data loss, though we take reasonable precautions to prevent it

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after account deletion, after which it will be permanently removed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of SoloAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SoloAI operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
